So Thursday will be my last day at work

I went to the Dr last night and there was protein in my urine, and my BP was a little high. They had me lay down and retake my BP and the top number came down, but the bottom was still at 90. He wanted me to stop working right then, but I begged him (OK, actually it was DH, watching me panic, who did the begging) to let me work up to and including Thursday. They are switching A TON of people around at work come Monday (me included) and are using this week to have people learn how their new locations work. Today and tomorrow I am training my replacement, and the other manager at my branch was off today and she's being trained in her new location tomorrow and Thursday. DH finally won the argument by saying that I would be less stressed if I could just work the next three days than if I were home.

In the meantime, my doctor sent me to the lab today to start a 24 urine collection to watch for protein. I have to go back in on Friday to check my BP and review the results of my protein screen also.

I'm glad to not have to go into work anymore, but at the same time I'm upset because I really wanted to work until the last possible day to have the most time with before I have to go back to work. But it is more important to take care of myself and Nugget. DH keeps telling me that a year from now I'll look back at the week or so that I was home and be thankful that I got that extra bit of rest before the baby came.

I just hope this kid decides to come on time at the latest! I think I need to get eggplant parm this weekend

So anyone know anything good to watch on TV during the day?
