Baby Sizes
Am I supposed to be buying newborn or 0-3 months for baby? I bought one newborn and one 0-3 months, and the 0-3 months is a little bigger, but will the newborn be too small since it's only up to 8 lbs?

Re: Baby Sizes
it's a funny thing, because the first time around, everyone (including myself) bought all 3-6 and 6 to 9......my baby was big when he was born, but I really didn't have enough newborn sizes, or even 0-3. This time, I made sure to pick up enough newborn and 0-3..because I def. didn't have enough last time!

Re: Baby Sizes
i will be getting a few newborn sizes. my SIL told me she had a ton of 0-3 month sizes for my niece when she was born and hardly any newborn sizes and she was swimming in the 0-3m clothes.

Re: Baby Sizes
For Ds we barely got any use of a couple of newborn pieces we had. I must say 0-3 lasted longer. DS was born 8lbs 6 ozs so I knew that newborn wouldn't last long and was glad i didn't have much of it.

Re: Baby Sizes
0-3 will last you longer but it was swimming on DS when he was born. He was in NB for 3-4 weeks (He was 8.2lbs when he was born)

Re: Baby Sizes
DS was 8 lbs 1 oz at birth. He wore newborn clothes for 5 weeks. Even though he was well beyond the 8 lb weight limit, he was on the shorter side and could wear the clothes for a while. I would get a few newborn things and 0-3 month clothes.
