When I went they measured all of his organs to make sure that they were maturing, plus the size of his arms, legs, head, etc.

it's like a regular sonogram but they just look at and measure a lot more. they will be able to tell you how much the baby weighs.

I just had mine this morning! It was a lot like the sono from the 20 week appointment - lots of measurements.
