Has anyone experienced vertigo during their pregnancy?

I had vertigo on Saturday and it was frightening, lightheadness , i almost fainted. I spoke to my doctor and he said to stay off my feet and to hydrate. By the next day it was gone but I was miserable for an entire day. Did anyone experience this, if so how long did it last. My fear is that it come back up again. Im so thankful it happened on a Saturday and not during the week because there was no way i would have been able to commute to the city or work.

Yes, it happened to me several weekends ago and was very frightening! I actually blacked out but didn't lose consciousness. Couldn't see anything for minutes but could hear and was awake. It was terrible!

I went to the doctor and discovered I had very low blood pressure which they think was the cause. They had no real solutions on raising my blood presure but told me to drink tons of water and snack every few hours always, get up and down slowly, etc. I also have been drinking something sweet when I wake up each day (orange juice etc) because I had many symptoms of hypoglycemia but tested negative for it. Either way, figured it can't hurt.

I'm afraid of it coming back as well and mine happened on a Saturday too, thank God!
