Suggestions on Sleeplessness
Anyone else having difficulty sleeping??? I'm up just about every hour to pee (last night 5X) then I just toss and turn all night thinking about the CRAZIEST things... Anyone have any suggestions for sleeping through the night? I'm on vacation this week and lately I fall back to sleep around 6am and wake up around 10am- I'm worried about going to work next week and being EXHAUSTED at work!!!

I am with you. I was off this past week and started falling asleep at 12:30 and waking up at 3ish to start my day. I am wiped!! I'm hoping that when I'm back at work, I will be able to sleep!

Re: Suggestions on Sleeplessness
I'm having the same week. I plan on having a little benedryl Sunday night to help me sleep.
Most nights, I take a really hot shower before bed, then ask my DH to massage my legs and feet because they can be really restless. That at least helps me get to sleep..but I still wake up to pee and sometimes to eat.

YES! very restless legs and feet too...
I'm so happy to hear that there are other ladies who are feeling the same way as me! It's definitely comforting!

A nice walk or some mild exercise earlier in the day helps me sleep better. Even for 20 minutes...

Re: Suggestions on Sleeplessness
At (almost) 32 weeks I've given up tossing and turning. I just start playing on my IPhone when I can't sleep. Usually about an hour and then I go back to bed no problem until the morning.

Re: Suggestions on Sleeplessness
I have been sleeping horribly as well so no suggestions here. I am up practically every hour to switch sides between my back, my legs and my hips. I am 26 weeks so I am sure that it is going to get worse.
