That's good to know! Is it the two straps that are annoying?
The two straps are annoying bc it's not a good lenght to really wear on your shoulder, and then to do the long strap just looks really awkward and weird

I'm bummed- I was eyeing it for a mommy bag but I guess not anymore. I know a few people who have the Totally for a mom bag but something about it I don't love.
Is the neverfull GM too big? Maybe I'll go that route.

I initially got it as a mommy bag and I hated it bc I couldn't even hang it on my stroller the straps just didn't work out so got the neverlfull GM..I love it, but I tend to carry my life with me!!!!! Also the only thing I liked better about the Palermo was that it was a bit more structured than the Neverfull so easier to find things, but hard to zip if you had it stuffed!!!

the neverfall doesnt zipper i am not crazy about it
