I had horrible heartburn during my 1st pregnancy - DD had hardly any hair. So that is definitely an old wives tale. I feel your pain though - this time my heartburn hasn't really been too bad - but I'm only 14 weeks...I'm preparing myself for the inevitable heartburn I'll have in a few weeks/months.

I had the worst heartburn while pregnant with DS. I was in the ER because of it...DS was as bald as can be when he was born. He isn ow 15 months old and has some hair!

I had NO heartburn. Thought he was going to be bald and had crazy hair when he was born. The cutest thing... dark brown hair sticking straight up and so soft.
