Humidifier to prevent dehydration?
During these winter months the air is very dry in our bedroom at night and my wife and I are waking up in the morning thirsty. I'm wondering if we should be using a humidifier. We have one which we have used in the past, but it gives off alot of white dust which may not be a good idea to be inhaling. My wife stays well hydrated during the day and drinks plenty of H20, but I am concerned about her becoming dehydrated overnight if the room is too dry. Should we be concerned? Thanks!

Re: Humidifier to prevent dehydration?
We have both been sick and our doctor told us to buy a humidifier. We were buying one for our baby so we just bought it a few months early. We have a little grey elephant humidifier in our room for 4 nights and it has made a pretty big difference. We were both very congested so we were breathing though our mouths at night. Since the humidifier our throats no longer hurt when we wake up in the morning due to the humid air we are now breathing.
If you plan to get one for the baby, why not buy it a little early and use if for yourself?
