Shower Invites
Can you ladies help with some cute shower invitation wording. I am helping my mom since she is horrible with the computer.
I also want to have where guests bring a book for baby

When (mom-to-be's name) will be the woman of the hour
We have one request we hope isn't too hard
Please sign your name to a book instead of a card
Then mom and dad will be ready when the baby arrives
To read to their darling for the rest of their lives

Although cards are nice with their sentiment and prayer,
They're read once or twice, then tucked away with care.
A book is a treasure with words & pictures that unite,
to read over and over night after night.
So instead of a card to Baby and mother,
Please give a book with your thoughts in the cover!

I would look on websites for wording, if you are not ordering online, here are two websites that have such cute invites and follow the examples they show...

I wrote bring your favorite children's book on the bottom of my invite.. OR you can say to help build baby ____'s library, please bring your favorite children's book...
