I feel like I've had an upset stomach through this whole pregnancy so far. Ugh!
I'm only 18 weeks too
I remember having this with DS as well. Lots of trips to the bathroom 
Certain foods upsetting my stomach and the gas pain stinks... Literally as well. LOL!
It's even worse b/c I work so I have to run to the bathroom.
I drink a lot of water and watch what I eat, but everyday is different. I already have a bad stomach to begin with so these hormone changes makes it worse.
