not too far from the financial district.

I have found the financial disitrict lacking in hair salons--I guess because it's not very residential.
You may have luck in Battery Park City.

I go to the Cutler salon, on 57th between 5th and 6th. But I think they also have downtown location if she doesn't want to travel up there. I go for single process, highlights and cuts.

I also go to Cutler in midtown - I go to Dina and I love her. I don't think she works in the Soho location but overall its a great salon and highly recommend it!

I seriously adore Gloria at Oscar Blandi (55th and 5th). Words cannot describe how amazing she is. For color, I go to Stephanie. Also amazing!
