Powder
Do I need powder? I know you shouldn't use talcum powder but what about reg. baby powder? I have heard both yes and no....

Ask the pediatrician when you meet them. We haven't needed anything but some baby wash (I use aveeno baby or the johnson & johnson's) and A&D ointment. I got a 1 lb tub of the A&D -- it's fabulous.
Of course, at 24 days old, we've only given DD 3 or 4 baths. She really doesn't get dirty, so we try to do it once or twice a week basically.

i believe the only type of powderyou are supposed to use is one with cornstarch
