TMI-Can someone explain to me the pain they felt when their labor started with back pain. I have lower back pain, dull not painfull that extends to my anus and pelvic area at times. I was not dilated or effaced this morning at my appt. The pain comes and goes but is bearable. Comparable to menstrual cramping. I heard sometimes you can have this for a few days and then go into labor. Your experience? I am 39w.
