Anyone O early on clomid?

Anyone O early on clomid?
Normally, I wouldn't O until next Thurs, but I'm on clomid. I'm going for a sono on Mon. and they will determine if they are ready to trigger then. They said to BD Sat and Sun in case the egg pops out early. Yesterday, I felt pains like I get the day before I O-which would mean I O'd today. OPKs are no help b/c it's always elevated on clomid.
Could I have O'd this early (CD10)?

So if I go Mon they should be able to tell if the egg released and they will cancel IUIs, right?
