oooh, one more all-inclusive question!
How much $$$ should I bring for tips? I assume they should be $1 bills.

where are you going? when we went on our HM in st lucia, we tipped more cuz we had dedicated staff. Whenever we go to DR, we just leave $$ for the cleaning staff in the room.

Depends how long you stay. DH and I have had great service in DR, Jamaica and Mexico so we pretty much tip everyone: Bartenders, waitresses, cleaning staff etc. On average prob tip around $20 per day.

We didn't see it as necessary. The staff was already attentive to our needs and the paperwork prior to the trip stated gratuities were included.

I agree you don't need much to tip everyday. You can tip people at the end of your stay who you think went above and beyond. We tipped the woman who brought drinks to us at the pool because she was there everyday and always brought us drinks.
