I have the BEST neighbors!!!!!
Our neighbors asked my DH yesterday if they could drop by this afternoon with a baby gift for us.
Well they came by and bought her two outfits, 8 oneies, and a meal for us to have for dinner tonight.  They were so nice and they have older kids (youngest is 16 yrs. old). I am so touched by their generosity.
Do you think a TY card is enough? Or should we get them a bottle of wine as well? DH suggested having them over for dinner once I feel better. What are your thoughts? TIA

I think a heartfelt thank you card is plenty. I wouldn't want a new mom to go to any more trouble than that to thank me.

ETA: Normally I would just send a TY card, but IMO they went above and beyond. It was really awesome of them to do that for us.
