Can someone please help me find...

A white button-down blouse with a ruffle? Hard to describe but what I'm looking for is the kind that does not have a lapel collar and has a ruffle all the way up the front to the neck.

I just bought a really awesome velvet jacket and have been picturing this kind of shirt for underneath but I can't seem to find the right search terms!
