Make up help needed!
I'm not a big make up wearer-in fact, I never, ever wear make up!! However, I do want to start. How would one go about this? Should I go to like Sephora and see if they have someone that can help me get started? I feel so remedial, but that is part of my New Year's resolution-to start wearing make up! Thanks!

Why? You don't need make-up obviously.... Don't even bother. There are women that would kill to not wear make-up!!
I'd get some type of organic tinted moisturizer and mascara and call it a day. You don't want to be clogging your pores with nonsense! I wish I could go bare-faced!!

Hmmm, I disagree. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this one, but IMO, NO woman over 25 years old 'doesn't need makeup' - Do you NEED it to survice? Of course, not - Does everyone look 'better' w/ a little makeup? Absolutely !! I'm not saying you need to go a al Kim Kardashian - but to hit sephora and start with a tinted moisturizer w/ SPF, mascara, lip gloss and blush ?? - Why not? You could even skip the tinted moisturizer if you have good skin -
If it's something you want to do b/c you'll feel good about yourself then go for it !!
I have great skin - I don't 'need' foundation - but I sure as hell look and FEEL better w/ some eye makeup, blush and some color on my lips !!!

agreed!! I think very woman loks "a little bit better" with even a little bit of make up. Rosier cheeks, no dark circles, skin imperfections, longer lashes. I am sure you are a beauty but make up helps to intensify your beauty, I always love MAC, I think they do a nice job putting it all together for you and they have such a great range of colors!! Good luck

Re: Make up help needed!
I'm a very minimal makeup wearer.
On a day to day basis - I frequently leave the house with nothing on. Absolutely nothing.
If we're going somewhere to see people I will almost always put mascara on though. I'm blonde and my lashes are really light.
Mascara is, IMO, the first and most important resource in makeup. It instantly makes you look better.
Mascara Blush Eyeliner
Those are my go-to things.
Eventually I started using foundation and then lipliner/lipstick but you gotta play around with that before you find something that truly looks good on you.
