Exfoliating?
This may sound like a silly question, but all celebrities ever talk about it exfoliating your skin. How it's supposed to make such a difference...
How do you guys exfoliate your face?

I used to live by this till my sister (Plastic surgeon) yelled at me. She says its far to abrasive and can actually cut your face w/out you even noticing it, causing damage over time. I now use their mineral daily microderm abrasion which I really like too. I use that like once a week though since I mainly use my Clarisonic to exfoliate. To the OP, it is very healthy for your skin to exfoliate, since I started doing it my skin has been much healthier and softer. St. Ives daily mineral micro

I did for awhile, and it does work. I just got lazy about it.

Re: Exfoliating?
A MAC makeup artist recommended using sugar to exfoliate. I've done it a few times and my skin was definitely softer and looked nicer (although I think I need something with a little more exfoliating power).

Re: Exfoliating?
skin effects, by dr. jeffrey dover.
you can get it at cvs.
i have a microdermabrasion kit. it's 2 steps. a vitamin c scrub, then a serum. all in all it takes about two minutes and it makes your face soooo smoothe!
i forget about it sometimes, but i used it the other day and remembered why i use it.
you can use it 2-3 times per week or ince a week, or whenever you remember i use it on my hands too.
exfoliating this way helps absorb your skin products as well.
