Post Your Lash Extension Stories/Reviews Here
I am so curious about lash extensions. All the pictures I see of girls on other beauty forums look so great, but I have also heard that they can ruin your natural lashes.
For those of you who have gotten lash extensions, can you tell your stories? Who did you use? How much did you pay? How was the maintenance? Did they change your natural lashes for the worse?

I got them and all I can say is DON'T! Now this is just my experience, but I have very long full lashes before I got them. I got them to try out to possibly have for my wedding this coming Feb. All of my natural lashes fell out! All of them. I had no lashes left. They are slowly growing back (thanks to latisse) but I don't know if they will ever be the same. Not worth it.
I did not get them on LI, ortherwise I would post the info. I followed the directions that they gave me as well. Never rubbed them, used anything on them etc.

This is the story I have heard before. I was wondering if there were any success stories. I use latisse too. I think it's great. The only complaint I have so far is that it rawly lengthens, but doesn't thicken.

I had the same experience as Claudette. I did the individual glue on 'Novalash' extensions, they were like $350. LOVED the results but they wrecked my natural lashes. My natural lashes were so sparse and broken after 2 applications.
Now my lashes are back to normal, it took like 2 months to get them back to thick again. Here's a link to the thread when I got them. If I did them again, it would be for a special occasion & have them removed after a month, not let them come out on their own & not do a touchup:

I had them done in 2009 for my wedding, as Salon Decaro in Deer Park.
I paid $150. I let them fall out on their own and didn't lose my lashes. And they looked GREAT for my wedding, I got so many compliments.
