Fresh Mozzarella
There are not many things I feel like eating...but for some reason, I want cheese. Are we allowed fresh mozz?

Yes, and chances are that if you're buying it in a store here in the US and not from some old lady on the street who is milking it directly from her cow and handing it right to you herself, it's pasteurized---so not to worry. Eat it as much as you want, I do all the time.

From what I understand pretty much ALL cheeses in the US are pausterized, kind of need to be on the shelves. I could not live without cheese so eat away!!!
