Frozen Chicken Parm question!
So I made TOO much chicken parm for a family dinner last Saturday night, so I took a tray, covered it in foil and froze it.
Now I am confused/concerned about heating and eating? Is it safe? If so, how should I cook it? Should I thaw it in the fridge for a while? HELP!!
TIA!

Re: Frozen Chicken Parm question!
If you will be eating the rest of the tray then just throw the whole thing in the oven to defrost and reheat. If not, just thaw in the fridge and take out what you will use to reheat.
