Would you go back?
So, since I moved here my roots got bad and I was putting it off. Got recommendations and looked around for a nice salon.
Finally had my highlights and color done Wed. I explained exactly what I wanted. match what I had (a soft blonde and no chunky highlights). I'm a natural brunette, but been doing blonde for years.
I asked to leave wet so she left a deep conditioner in my hair to soften it.
Woke up Thurs morning and hated my hair when I dried it. Too ashy and there was a green tindge b/c she didn't leave in the toner long enough. I threw it in a pony and went to work, called as soon as I got home and she said to come in and she'll fix.
She was very nice and kept the toner in longer and it looks much better.
Question is: would you go back b/c she now knows your hair and what you want or start all over next time?

I would go back if she corrected it then I wouldn't have a problem plus now she will spend extra time on you since you had issues the first time around.

i am glad she fixed it for you :)
personally as a colorist/stylist.... especially if its a first time client i almost refuse to let them leave wet...you cant see the outcome!!! i at least dry the front area so if there is an issue you can correct right then and there....just a tip for all you ladies :)

I would move on. I have issues with people who say they know exactly what I want and it comes out wrong when I tell them exactly how I want it done.
A girl at the gym I go to uses Dawn from Studio 454 and she has blond highlights and they are gorgeous.

That's funny! I was going to use them, but wound up calling Salon Cemone instead. maybe I'll try Studio 455 next time. My mom's friend and her daughter go there and they're pretty picky

I would give her 1 more try. if she doesn't do what you wanted next time I would try some place else. She probably marked your card so she shouldn't do that again.

That's the number..I knew there was a 4 and 5 but didn't remember the order..lol
