Getting Jeans Hemmed
I need to get a pair or two of jeans hemmed slightly - maybe a half in at most.
I never did this before. What do I say to get it done right with the seam and all on bottom?

Re: Getting Jeans Hemmed
Just say you want the original hem reattached. At least that's what I always say and they get it. Good luck!

Yes, same as above.
I always tell them when they are cuffing up the pant leg that I'd like them to reattach the hem at the bottom.
The taylor at the cleaners I go to charges $15 a pair. They do a pretty good job.

Re: Getting Jeans Hemmed
Like the others have said too .. I always just say the original hem. You will know if they are getting it right if they charge you more for it At my place a regular hem is $8 and the original is $20
