Recommend foundation or cover up please!
I USED to have nice skin, but pregnancy and post pregnancy hormones wreaked havok and now I have a lot of acne scars on my face.
I used to be really happy with the concealers that I use (Mally and ... I forget which other one), but honestly they're not really hiding these marks and my DS's christening is coming up so I need something good.
I normally do NOT wear liquid foundation, I actually hate applying it. I don't want to look like I'm wearing foundation. Not sure if a concealer would be enough.
I also would prefer not to spend I usually stick to the "better" drug store makeup. Please give me a suggestion for a great product(s) that will make me look like I have nice skin again!

Love the L'oreal roll on foundation. It costs about $11.00 in Target.

I use Clinique Almost Powder makeup. Love it! My skin is getting so terrible from pregnancy, it covers nicely.

I recently switched to StudioGear, I haven't been using it for a long time but I really like it. I got it at Ulta.

Ive been using this Loreal bare naturale for a couple yrs now. I was never a fan of Bare minerals, but this covers nicely and isnt too thick.

Benefit play stick is great for heavier coverage
I also just got the smashbox foundation set to try their products. My DH said I looked beautiful this morning and I realized its because the makeup actually lasted through the night(I forgot to wash my face last night)

Re: Recommend foundation or cover up please!
I'm using Cover Fx right now -- I started using it in June, and it is controlling my oily skin very well. I have rosacea and the coverage is pretty great without looking heavy or greasy. Sephora usually has by the Cover Fx display a color wheel that I found to be pretty accurate.

This is fantastic. That and the Neutrogena SkinClearing Oil-Free Makeup.
I use both and they are fantastic.

Re: Recommend foundation or cover up please!
Yesi, I'd try mineral powder makeup - they have the expensive stuff and the drug store stuff, I think it all works equally well. I use Physician's Formula, it's pressed but you use a kabuki brush and it becomes a loose powder on the brush. Love it. Covers alllll of my flaws!

Re: Recommend foundation or cover up please!
Thanks everyone! I totally forgot I have Bare Minerals at home. Not sure if it will cover everything I have going on.
Lots of good options posted, I'm going to try to get to a store this week to try or buy one of them!
