Chocolate
How bad is it to eat 2-3 oz. 3-5 times a week? I don't drink coffee at all and stay away from caffiene. Just wondering if others were avoiding chocolate completely. Unfortunately, it's one of the things I crave

Um, I drink caffeine AND eat chocolate. I wouldn't worry too much about it. As long as your diet doesn't ONLY consist of chocolate, your baby will be fine!

I agree. I eat a small piece of dove dark chocolate every other night and I have 8oz of reg coffee every day. Enjoy!

Holy Crap...I ate so much chocolate when I was pregnant I thought I would give birth to the freaking Easter Bunny!!! Not to mention the diet coke that I lived on....and the coffee and tea....
Read this, then run out and get yourself a HUGE chocolate bar!!!
My baby is now 16 lbs from a diet of KitKats and Diet Coke!!!
Go on, you know you want to!!!

My girlfriend who is the mom of an 11 month old says to make sure I'm getting my daily dose of chocolate because it makes happy babies
