I'm gathering info from a few lenders to see how it all comes out.

Chase is by far the worst for so many reasons.

Chase holds my current loan. They are the worst for rates. Low doc they can only roll in 2500 of the closing costs which come out to be about 5000. I have no issues with providing the full doc so I can roll everything in.

What I'm confused about is mortgage tax and transfer tax if I go to another lender.

Can anyone explain these two things?
