Ours is about $20 every 3 months with IGS!
Same here. We've never paid more than $30.

got my aqua bill yesterday too..........it was $178. Our bills are usually around $100, so the jump is really just from the sprinklers because nothing else changed. 
Our Aqua bill was high this time as well. It was $190. I am guessing from the sprinklers. During the fall/winter months when we dont use the sprinkles it is $90 every 3 months.

OMG I am so nervous now! We didn't get our 1st Aqua bill yet!!!!! But Between the sprinklers and laundry and giving DS baths......were gonna be broke!

The water guy just came. Between 5/25 and 7/25 we used 36,000 gallons. Between 7/31 and 8/9 we used 7,500 gallons of water. We shut sprinklers completely off on 8/9. Between 8/9 and 8/16, we have used a mere 748 gallons of water.
I guess that answers that question! No more sprinklers for me.

We have LI Amer Water where we live in Western Nassau and a 4-zone IG sprinkler system. The 1st or 2nd summer we were in our house we were getting INSANE water bills (quarterly) - like $500-600. Called up water company they sent me dye tablets to put in all the toilet bowls to determine if we had any leaks there - NOPE. Then they sent out a guy who explained to me that sprinklers use a TON of water despite the fact that we think they are just "spritzing." A couple months later LI Amer Water decided to change their billing from quarterly to monthly which helped us IMMENSELY! Last month our bill was $165 I believe...it is DH/myself and 2 kids (they don't shower everyday).
