congrats what a great feeling right!!! I know how you feel!! We just got word that our tenant is leaving so back again looking for another one!! I really hate the process

I was so happy. My former tenant was such a nightmare and now I'm suing him.
He was perfect on paper but a nightmare. This one is not perfect on paper but she seems honest and has great references.

Congrats! my new tenants just moved in 2 weeks ago and so far they've been total Pains in the A***. I've already received 5 emails and 2 phone calls about a leaky pipe under the sink and a toilet flusher that isn't "working up to their standards". I fixed both issues and I am praying they don't bother me with more stupid little repair jobs that aren't really necessary.
