Pork chops and zucchini

i have pork chops and my mother gave me a huge zucchini and i want to make something using those two things as my main ingredients.... any ideas?

A little late, but if this hasn't been made yet - or for future reference - I'd probably season the pork with salt, pepper and maybe a little garlic and then cook it in a pan on the stove top. When it's cooked through (and nicely browned!) - then I'd add a splash of wine to deglaze the pan and throw in some vidalia and cut up zucchini with a little butter and a sprinkle of sugar (to carmelize). When the veggies start to get tender - add salt and pepper if needed and then serve over the chops.

If you need/want a starch I think brown butter noodles or crisp potato (or sweet potato) wedges would go nicely.
