How many do you "usually" have on a bed...1 or 2?
Also, where is a good place to buy a down comforter that goes under a duvet cover??

euro shams usually is 2 (they are the extra large square pillows)

I have a king size bed and I have 3 euro shams, 2 standard shams and 1 boudoir pillow.
