JCPenny Furniture
Has anyone purchased furniture from them? I really want to get a bedroom set from them but I have no idea about the quality. It is nearly impossible to find good furniture!

I bought a sectional from them a couple years ago and it is really good quality, it is leather, so I can't tell you about their wood

We bought my daughter's nursery furniture from there- a dresser and a crib. I was really impressed with the quality, especially the dresser.

I furnished my entire living room and dining room from JCPenny and loved the furniture.. However, recently I purchased our babies nursery furniture from them and it came damaged. I am having alot of trouble with customer service right now trying to get it replaced.

It depends on the manufacturer!!! jcp along with many other stores just distribute, not make... but i was not impressed with what i saw in there... when i was looking for bedroom furniture, every single set was scratched, dented, chipped in some way...

They do have some nice stuff, that said I thought SOME were not made well. We were looking at bedroom sets as well and some were not real wood and felt not very solid and the prices were still pretty high.....the other thing that slighlty annoyed me was the the online prices and in store prices were different...I know some places do that but it irked me enough to keep looking.

i bought 5 pieces of furniture for the nursery .. so far we have one piece set up and love it! the quality is great.
i would definitely order from them again

we have purchased from them twice- the first time we got 2 dressers and 2 night stands for our bedroom. I was horrified at the customer service and delivery. They put me through heck... the delivery was horrendous. I vowed to NEVER order from them again- then I found an adorable set for DD- i couldnt find anything else that compared in cost and noticed they had now listed delivery as white glove service, so i took a chance and ordered it again- everything went smoothly. The furniture seems great so far...

My mom ordered a bedroom set from them and is happy with it so far but it is only used in a spare bedroom.
Looks really nice though!

DS bedroom set is solid wood from JCP, we ordered it site unseen from the website and I LOVE it. The quality is fantastic. I dont have a single complaint!
