Two. We moved on a Friday, and I took Thursday and Friday off. It was perfect - I had Thursday to finish packing and buy extra supplies, Friday for the move, and then Saturday and Sunday to unpack.
(ETA we had closed 4 weeks earlier and I'd spent those weeks painting, re-carpeting, and bringing over fragile stuff so when it came time to move and unpack, all we had to do was transport our furniture and clothes)
