slipcovers for couches
What are your feelings on these? Does anyone have them and have pictures. We have a sofa and loveseat that our animal, DS as ripped over the course of his 2 year old life. Right now, DH won't let me get new couches, but it is completely embarressing. I was thinking of a slipcover. Would this work? TIA!

I got a slipcover for my sofa and couch. It was from bed, bath & beyond. Make sure to get the STRETCHY fabric... it literally fits my couch like a glove. They have the slipcovers that are regular material (no stretch to them) but they dont stay in place and "hug" the couch as well. If I remember correctly, they had light tan, blue, brown. I got the chocolate brown and am very happy.
Oh, and covers for the couch and sofa... $120 I believe. Not too bad, especially if you use the 20% coupon.

I have some that I got on overstock.com. They are by the brand surefit - they are some kind of microfiber/suede material. They are okay. Look great but they do shift around from time to time - but for the price I am not complaining - it was around 50 bucks for each one...
