My garage is sinking- who do I call??

We need help, our detached 2-car garage is slowly but definitely sinking. The sensors for the door are always out of alignment and the door surrounds are buckling at the bottom.

I don't know who to call or what can be done about it.

We don't keep cars in there but there is tons of stuff in there including a full size refrigerator full of beer, wine and food for our summer dining.

We re-did the siding and installed new doors about 5 years ago but the original structure is pretty old.

Who do I call for something like this?

you need to call a structural engineer right away!

Thanks..I called the inspectors we used when we bought the house ..$850 for an inspection and report

Wow - that's expensive! I think our inspection 4 years ago was only $400-$500...do you want the guys name? I think I have his card. He lives in Queens and came up to Orange County, NY to do the inspection. (He was a friend of my FIL's friend I think.)
