girls weekend out east/greenport?
My sister and I want to take my mom on an overnight trip out east, maybe to greenport this summer. We would like to stay at a nice place but under $200 a night. Can you recommend a place?

Tough budget, all of the places over the summer are expensive. Your best bet might be to rent a house depending on how many people you have.
We stayed at the Soundview Inn and it was kinda a dump and you had to drive to get to town.
There is also the Harbourview? And the Greenporter, but I don't think any of them are under 200.
There are also a few places on Shelter Island, one was INCREDIBLE but its pricey. Its called Sunset Beach
