We are listing this weekend
I'm soooo nervous! We are listing $95K under what we paid we desperately need a certain number to buy out of this place which isn't too far off from what the broker thinks it will appraise for.
I have NO idea how to maintain the "neatness" with a 2 and 3 year old, but hey it is what it is.
I'm sad we will have to rent for a few months to save up for a downpayment (only because I don't want to uproot the kids twice and the inconvenience of it.)
So please wish me luck!!!
