Need Gardening Help!

We moved into our new house in April and as the spring and summer have gone on, I realized what beautiful landscaping the previous owners had! Every month a new flower seems to be blooming - though I am not sure what each flower is. We also have an herb garden and I have no idea what herbs I have

I love all of my flowers and plants, but I know NOTHING about gardening and have no idea what I should be doing. I'm scared I'm going to kill all of them

Right now, I have been trying to water them to keep them alive, but that is about it.

I know this is a very broad question, but what should I be doing? How do I figure out what plants/flowers I have?

Please help a gardening virgin out

well if they are sprouting up on their own they are Perennials. Good way to find out is to take a look on this page and see if any look familiar. place to buy flowers/look up

If you take good pictures of them, we can do our best to help you out. Once you identify what they are, you can google information on how to care for them, if they need any special treatment. For now, keeping them hydrated is important.
