Where can I find this info on a house thats NOT for sale?
Is there a website where I can find the square footage info on a house that's not yet for sale?
I'm looking in New City, NY.
Is there like a public record or something of the sort?

I would type the address into zillow. The data should provide you with the square footage.

Zillow is a good place to start, but just FYI it's not always accurate. Our house has been in the family for over 50 years & Zillow doesn't account for a garage conversion that was done back into the 1960s & added a lot of sq. footage.

I tried typing it in to zillow.com but its only showing me the houses that are for sale

Do you have the address? If you type in the address, the home should pop up. It will then show you houses for sale or recently sold homes in the area for comps.
