Home warranties
Has anyone purchased a home warranty? If so, can you recommend the company you used?
We are considering offering a home warranty on our townhouse to buyers, and I'd like to get a few quotes.

I think the name of the company that was on our house when we purchased it was American Home Shield. Honestly, it really wasn't worth it because you need to read the fine print on everything.
We did look into it when we were selling our home in NY and I believe it was around $500.

AHS is who we used - see my post in related topics - they've done so much for us. We've since had our refrigerator replaced, stove replaced, attic fan & thermostat, washing machine...we just had to pay our one time service fee.
