What do you do for motivation?
I just saw pictures of myself from my friend's bridal shower and I thought I looked nice that day...i look 6 mo pg!!
I think my mirror is lying to me and the pictures I've seen of myself lately are the only honesty I'm getting. Would it be completely psycho to hang them in places to give me the extra willpower NOT to go for the 2nd helping of dinner or to stick to my points and make sure I get my @ss to the gym??

Do what works for you. If putting pictures up will do it, then DO it.

Thanks! Yea I just don't want to come off like a friggin nut with body dimensia or something.
Is it totally crazy to put them up at work- maybe no one will notice

Well, put up a photo or two of you and the bride, or you and DH. That way it just looks like you are putting up pictures for decoration but you'll really know what it is for!

 Yea i think I might have to do that.
You know its bad when you ask a friend to photoshop out pics of your double chin from a recent wedding AND HE ACTUALLY DOES!!!

Recent pics of me! I can't even believe my eyes.
I knew I gained weight last year. But that was above and beyond my worst nightmare.

I look at old pictures of me when I get down to see how far I have come in my weight loss journey. Also have my race numbers and pictures of me from the race framed in my office. Love looking at those every day because a few years ago never thought I would EVER do a 5k.
Maybe instead of looking at pictures and feeling sad make an inspiration board of what you would like to look like.
