So afraid for weigh in!
So tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in. I made the mistake last week of getting on the scale too much and got very discouraged. I did end up losing 2.6 in the first week, so it was a decent start. Since then, I have not gotten on the scale. It's been hard, but I vowed that I would wait. I have been good all week with my points, but it's been hectic around here so I only made it ito the gym yesterday. I am so worried that if I don't see a loss I am going to get discouraged... To all you ladies that have stuck to this program,  for you... Losing weight definitely is not easy.

 that you have a good weigh in! Sounds like you had a great week (exercise doesn't really have as big of an effect as changing overall eating habits (at least in the beginning) so you should be fine!
