Wing night at Lilys with all my guy friends. I knew Dh's nephew-we have a mutual friend. Dh's nephew forgot my name so he tried to guess it. He guessed every "A" name possible then dh blurted out April. We've been together since. <3 lol

I had reconnected with a bunch of friends that I went to school with from K-6th grade, on facebook.....
One day I get a friend suggestion from my girlfriend and the suggestion was my friend's brother who also went to the same school (he is two years younger though).
As soon as I saw his profile pic, I knew if I requested him it wasn't going to be the usual "hey how are you doing and then never speak again" kind of thing. I let the suggestion sit for almost a month until I got up enough nerve to add him. He immediately messaged me to talk about photography. He saw my pics and we started talking about cameras since he buys and sells them for a living. After a few weeks of constant chatting, we arranged to get together with my girlfriend and his brother. My girlfriend and I went to a local lounge and they met us there. Well, by the time they got there we were so drunk that I don't even remember talking to him at all! Apparently him and I talked the WHOLE night. He told me that from that point on, he knew we were going to be something serious. As soon as I left him that night, he texted me "when are we hanging out again?" LOL
We've been attached at the hip since! It will be one year on Sat. since we became official

At a frat party in college lol lol.... sadly, we were both three sheets to the wind and neither of us really remembers meeting... (the trend of this thread continues...) we dated for the next 7 years and have been married for 2.
Sometimes i think about how crazy it is... me and my girlfriends. at 18, just randomly going out....if anyone had told me i would meet my husband that night, i would have told them they were bonkers

we met through prank calls...
my friends and i were prank calling an ex for fun - he was with a group of guys so we made them go on a "hunt" to find the sexy voiced female caller...by the end of the night it was my best friend and i making her ex boyfriend and his friends go to random locations - we would park far enough away but where we could still see them and make the guys get out of the car and look for us while we hid those guys were pretty stupid my friend and i were laughing so hard that we were crying - we did this for at least an hour or two...eventually they spotted us, we got into a car chase, then we met up for real, we all had a good laugh and we hung out for a little bit...
i met DH, he was part of the group...we talked all night, i had the hots for him, he had the hots for me but nothing happened...
my poor friend, she had to hook up with her ex a few times just so i could see my dream guy again - amazing friend i have
the rest is history...
i like all the drunken stories!

I'd like to continue the booze theme.
I was DH's sales assistant at my first job out of college. He found me really annoying. But I grow on people.... hahah
6 months into me working there, we were out with clients one night (GM as a matter of fact) and doing Jagerbombs...after we got them all in cabs, he asked if I wanted to come back to his place for a nightcap...and I'm like yeah of course!!!!
I stayed over, we fooled around, I called out sick the next day and 2 weeks later, we were exclusive...
We always joke that one day if we have DC's that they'll ask how we met...and we're going to tell them that we have a friend named Jager!
