http://www.mlsli.com/unidetailsredo_test.CFM?MLNum=2221212&typeprop=1&start=1&rpp=10
or MLS 2221212
someone came knocking on my door about this house next door asking if the people live there, "no" i said. Well, apparently this guy was going to serve them with foreclosure notice / info?? (didn't know they did such a thing)
anyway, if anyone wants to know what they owe on it and make an offer (not sure if i should do that, but, i guess it's public record)...
it's 35K less than asking.
you could get into a great neighborhood for a steal!!
I hope this wasn't bad to do?!?!?!

you did nothing wrong. MLS had it as a short sale.
