Does anyone have them on your home outside? Do they rust?

Re: Metal stars
I have one that the previous owners left. it has been outside since at least september of last year and it hasn't rusted. but if it does, I will leave it up. that gives it a nice look too

Very true. I am more so worried about it rusting and ruining the siding...

it should be able to be powerwashed off if it does, but I'm pretty sure mine has been outside for a long time without that happening. make sure it has some sort of power coating on it and then it really shouldn't ever rust. they may even sell ones that are plastic or resin
