Just wanna rant here

Ughh so frustrated.

When I applied for the loan with bank of america over the phone they guy told me they needed to send my loan docs to a physical address (we have a po box - no mail at the house) he told me it was shipping fedex so i gave him the address at my job. Well days and weeks go by and guess what no package. I kept calling and telling them that I never got the documents, and she told me don't worry I'll email you whatver you need. Fast forward several weeks later my co worker goes down to the regular mailbox and all my stuff is sitting there (they sent it regular post office) The next day I get an email from Bank of America saying I still need to submint this that and the other thing - guess what - all stuff that was in the packet, things I needed signed by the sellers and their realtors, and now I'm about 4 weeks behind in the whole process and they pushed our closing date to June 15 now. I can't get the insurance finalized because the morgage isn't finalized. It's been a complete paperwork nightmare

that really stinks, it's such a long drawn out process to begin with. Nobody needs the banks making it any longer due to their incompetence! Sorry you're going through this, I hope the rest of the process is as quick and painless as possible for you
