Signed my contracts this morning!
Now the seller just has to sign.. but hopefully it will be allll wrapped up by the weekend. Cannot wait for them to just sign and know it's d.o.n.e.
We also signed a "pre contract" (for NJ) last night for selling our place.. you sign contracts before attorney review. NJ is so weird.

NJ is weird but as a seller I think it is great. They have 3 days to back out of that contract in review. That gets turned into the contract once you get the lawyers involved and then a rider is usually attached. There is also no on or about 30 days. You pick a day and that is the day.
We sold in NY and bought in NJ and thought it was a lot easier to close in NJ.
Good luck with all your closings. It seems like everything is falling into place for you.
