Montauk
I wanted to do Montauk this summer with DS but I've noticed hotels have a 4 night minimum. We only want to do 2-3 nights max. Can someone reccommend a family friendly hotel? Thanks!!

Check out Montauk Manor The most they require is a 3 night stay in August. If you check the special offers page - it indicates that July is children's festival month.
