Right, so my in-laws were here this weekend and we did loads of stuff and Noah had lots of stimulation.

Tonight he was ratty and grizzly at around 6.30 so I said to the husband, he is giving us tired signals, lets do bath, bottle bedtime early...so we gave him a bath, got him dressed, he had a 6 oz bottle of EBM and I couldn't settle him down. So I left him whimpering and gave it a few minutes, after about 7 minutes he was still crying so I went back up to give him a cuddle...to find that he had thrown up (not loads, but it was just fresh milk thrown back up) I gave him another bottle of milk because sometimes he likes to eat loads at night time, then I still couldn't put him back down...so I held him again until he was pretty sleepy..put him down again, he started to cry a bit so I just consoled him...then he started to throw up fresh milk again...so I picked him up again...cleaned him up, gave him more milk and after that he fell asleep.

I don't really know what my question is, but observations tell me that even if he is tired early and we do bathtime earlier, he only falls asleep around 8.30-9ish. Do you think that its a waste of time for me to put him to bed earlier if he is tired? Why do you think he throws up? He isn't a sicky possety baby...most nights he goes down to sleep no problem, but tonight was like Chat Icon Chat Icon
