Anyone ever shop at Pzaz in Selden
Have to go to a black tie event next month and need a dress but don't want to break the bank

I think I got my Jr. Prom dress there in 1996!!
I'm sure they're reasonable for a one-time wear dress. Just make sure you take a look at the material and make of the dress, as I remember some of them being slightly cheesy.

Be careful...at either place it's prom season!!!
I made the mistake of going to Estelle's during prom season once, and it was a complete zoo, with a line for the dressing rooms!!!

There is a great shop in Selden with great dresses and prices! It's called Distinct dresses or Distinctive Dresses or something like that. It's in the plaza on Middle Country Road, near the corner of North Ocean Avenue. It's in the corner near TJ Maxx.

I had to go to a formal dinner a few weeks back and got a great deal on a dress from Lord and Taylor. It was on the clearance rack (they had a ton there) and then I used a coupon on top!
ETA In the end I paid 65 for a 200 dress.

That's the same Pzaz from the 80s? There used to be one in Hicksville too! I think I got my junior prom dress there.

I'd probably go to JcPennys instead their dresses are so much more reasonable, Pzazz is so much $$ usually
